Setting up your email client
Are you going to use multiple devices and computers? or do you just have the 1 computer for email?
If you are accessing emails from phones, office computers and also computers at home or maybe 2 or more people access the one email account then I would suggest using IMAP so that all your emails are in sync. eg: If you send an email from your phone then you would see the email in your sent folder on all devices and computers.
If you only have the one computer to access your emails on then I would suggest using pop.
